Site Reliability Engineering Leader
Who you are:
10+ years experience in SRE or software development
5+ years experience leading teams
Experience scaling large-scale transaction production systems for operational resiliency
Solid knowledge in networking, and internet technology
Be an avid practioner of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management
Enjoy troubleshooting and root cause complex issues across micro-service architecture
Experience with one or more virtualization platforms docker, Openstack, Kubernetes
Experience with one or more CI/CD systems and platforms such as Jenkins, Concourse, Harness, Drone
Experience with one or more monitoring and virtualization tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, Datadog, Grafana
What You'll Do:
Lead a small team of SREs
Mentor junior team members
Design and implement frameworks to scale up product line
Provide expertise in measure, monitor, and improve availability, resilience and latency across micro-services
Champion process improvements
Lead automation efforts to streamline global deployment effort
