Site Reliability Engineering Leader

Who you are:

• 10+ years experience in SRE or software development

• 5+ years experience leading teams

• Experience scaling large-scale transaction production systems for operational resiliency

• Solid knowledge in networking, and internet technology

• Be an avid practioner of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management

• Enjoy troubleshooting and root cause complex issues across micro-service architecture

• Experience with one or more virtualization platforms docker, Openstack, Kubernetes

• Experience with one or more CI/CD systems and platforms such as Jenkins, Concourse, Harness, Drone

• Experience with one or more monitoring and virtualization tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, Datadog, Grafana

What You'll Do:

• Lead a small team of SREs

• Mentor junior team members

• Design and implement frameworks to scale up product line

• Provide expertise in measure, monitor, and improve availability, resilience and latency across micro-services

• Champion process improvements

• Lead automation efforts to streamline global deployment effort
