**Social Worker MSW - SED OP PSYCH at Swedish Edmonds**
**SCHEDULE: FTE 0.9 - NIGHTS** **7pm-7:30am 3 days a week, days TBD with weekend expectation.**
**$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.**

Provides clinical case management functions via a collaborative process that transitions patients to optimal clinical outcomes while assuring safe, cost-effective care. Demonstrates a daily commitment to the department's value of teamwork. This position is an integral member of a multidisciplinary community network, provides administrative coordination and is the point of contact for individuals with opioid use disorders in receiving medication assisted treatment, substance use resources, behavioral health, and support services.
**Required qualifications:**
+ Master's Degree in Social Work
+ Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker License
+ Upon hire: Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License
+ Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License
+ Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Upon hire: ACM or CCM certification
+ 1 year of directly related work experience social services in a heath care setting
+ Experience in crisis intervention
