We are looking for a talented and highly motivated experienced **Software Engineer** lead with Actimize product suite experience to help further design, develop and implement custom solution within trade surveillance program. The right candidate will help deliver new functionality to the Compliance business to be more effective in managing the compliance risks.



**Role Overview**

Global Risk Technology team is looking for motivated talent to design, build and implement custom solution for trade surveillance using Actimize tool sets. This is a delivery focused techno-functional role and will serve as work stream-level feature lead for a sub-component of a larger Trade Surveillances program, performing research on all data processing functions and participating in design discussions related to the maintenance and enhancement of existing and newly created applications. The employee will be partnered with a line-of-business leader or other technology leaders depending on the work stream that he/she has been assigned to.



**Required Skills and Experience we are Looking For:**



+ Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

+ 10-15 years of proven hands-on experience on software development to support regulatory requirements using Actimize Risk Case Manager, Actimize Intelligent Server, Actimize Case Manager Designer, and Oracle/PL SQL

+ 5-10 years of strong hands-on experience in development using Oracle SQL against Actimize repository

+ 5-10 years of Financial Industry experience including trade surveillance within compliance division

+ 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data quality framework and technique in large data warehouse environment

+ Hands on experience with Actimize Upgrade/Migration Testing effort

+ 3-5 years of software development experience using Agile methodology

+ Extensive knowledge and 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Build and Release orchestration tools



**Desired Skills and Experience we are Looking For:**



+ Experience in working with larger projects involving multiple groups including near shore and offshore teams

+ Performance Tuning of Oracle SQL and Actimize Rules Engine

**Jersey City pay range:**



$90,500 - $160,000

annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.



**Discretionary incentive eligible**
