The Architecture Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
**Responsibilities:**
+ 6+ years of relevant industry work experience in designing and implementing high volume workflow solutions leveraging technology to decrease / eliminate manual touchpoints, increase solution accuracy and drive a higher client experience
+ Significant (5+ years) experience in the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Text Analytics to Enterprise data, and demonstrated ability to drive tangible results
+ Deep proficiency in Text Processing and modeling techniques such as Keyword, Entity and Relationship Extraction, Topic Modeling, Document Classification, Parsing and Tagging, Document Clustering etc.
+ Experience building Deep Learning based models using popular open source frameworks and libraries such as Tensorflow, Keras and/or PyTorch
+ Experience designing and implementing Apache Open Source (Kafka, Storm, Spark) frameworks to process end to end data management life cycle
+ Experience with other data science and cloud-computing tools and platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.)
+ Familiarity with Scala, Java, C++, or other similar technological support languages
+ Experience acting as a strategic thought partner to teams; demonstrated ability to solve problems and think outside the box
+ Look for opportunities for continuous improvement; engage managers and peer group regularly for coaching, assistance, and advocacy
+ Act as a thought partner and advisor to all relevant teams and stakeholders; look for and establish opportunities for peer mentorship
+ Executes the architectural vision for all IT systems through major, complex IT architecture projects; ensures that architecture conforms to enterprise blueprints.
+ Develops technology road maps, while keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies, and recommends business directions based on these technologies.
+ Provides technical leadership and is responsible for developing components of, or the overall systems design.
+ Translates complex business problems into sound technical solutions.
**Qualifications:**
+ 10-15 years of total experience
+ 6-10 years relevant experience
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
+ Management and prioritization skills
+ Ability to develop working relationships
+ Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities
+ Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
+ Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
+ Methodical, attention to detail

+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
