As a Java Development Team Lead, you will be involved in building\rhigh-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications with a focus on\rintegrated components between Salesforce and AWS service
You\rwill lead a talented software team that works on mission-critical\rapplications. Java developer roles and responsibilities include managing\rJava/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full\rsoftware development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
This is a Hybrid role, and will require you to be in office three days per week, while working remote two (2) days per week.
YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years Java development, 3+ AWS
2+ years experience in Architectural Design & Implementation
1+ years leading developers
WE VALUE
Spring boot, React or similar, jQuery, Python
MySQL and NoSQL (i.e. DynamoDB, Mongo)
Git / Jenkins
Salesforce integration/development,
Bachelor€™s degree in Computer Science
Understanding various software development lifecycle
Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
Effective communicator
Wide degree of creativity and latitude
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
Can quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
