Join a team that designs, develops, and integrates the Next Generation Avionics (NGA) solution within Honeywell Aerospace. You will work across Integrated Product Team (IPT) disciplines to validate the Aircraft Data Network (ADN) solution and complete network design, integration, and verification activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Network design and analysis activities based on system and customer requirements
· Technical coordination with Integrated Product Teams and network technology suppliers
· Network integration and troubleshooting support
· System verification and robustness testing
· Network technology compliance testing against standard(s)
· Definition of network interoperability specification
YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or Computer Science
\r\t
\t6 years of System Engineering experience
\r

WE VALUE

Experience with integrated modular avionics
\r\t
\tExperience with ARINC 664 and SAE AS6802 (Time-Triggered Ethernet)

\tExperience with system development lifecycle guided by FAA/EASA requirements and ARP-4754A.

\tExperience with Agile development processes
\r\t
\tExperience with IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation requirements management tool and IBM Rational Quality Manager for test planning, test construction, and test artifact management
\r\t
\tExperience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, and network data analysis test software
\r\t
\tExperience coordinating with cross-functional design teams including Systems, Software, Hardware, and Test
\r\t
\tAdvanced technical writing skills and effective communicator
\r\t
\tAbility to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

\tAction oriented and self-motivated, with demonstrated leadership abilities

\tExperience with embedded software (DO-178C) and test script development
