KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Cyber Security, Cloud Compliance to join our Cyber Security Consulting practice
Responsibilities:
+ Support clients with cloud security compliance with leading frameworks and standards including NIST 800-53, FedRAMP and other cloud regulatory controls and requirements
+ Assist with assessments of clients' IT processes, risk, controls and compliance against leading practice, industry, or client frameworks, and assess capability maturity, identify gaps in design and execution, and communicate issues and recommendations to engagement leads and client senior management
+ Work with client project manager to assist in assessing, designing and implementation new IT risk and control frameworks, sustainable solutions (including applying knowledge of governance, risk and compliance tools), operating processes and people models to address key and evolving risks, as necessary
+ Assist in kickoff, status, and closing meetings with engagement team and client and contribute to related KPMG knowledge bases and internal practice development initiatives
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of three years of experience in the field of Cyber Security and Information Risk Management
+ Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university or relevant work experience
+ Cybersecurity related certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) a plus
+ Working knowledge of NIST 800-171 and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification
+ Familiarity with other compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.
+ Ability and willingness to travel
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
