This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

  • Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes

  • Proven working experience using NodeJS, ReactJS & ES6 / Webpack and associated ecosystems.

  • 6 - 8 years experience building web applications, user interfaces, HTML, CSS etc.

  • Memory/CPU usage profiling, optimizing, tuning and testing tools (e.g. Node.js, Selenium, Jasmine, Jest, Mocha, etc.)

  • Understanding of container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Experience with Cloud and cloud technologies e.g. AWS, AWS API Gateway, Spring Cloud

  • Experience in development/support of REST API interfaces (SpringBoot, GRPC, Swagger, Flask), SQL and No-SQL DBs (specifically with Cassandra).

  • Experience with API gateways (Google APIGEE, KONG, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as splunk , dynatrace; IT security using OWASP, SAML, OAuth, PKI; Implement Data security and standards like data masking, encryption, decryption, RSA Keys, SSK, digital signatures; Production documentation support and maintenance.

  • Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and perform code reviews on APIs.

  • Enhance the API test tools and ensure that solutions conform to strategic architectures. Assist the project team with any technical issues related to API design, performance, and API Gateways. Work with external partners to integrate with APIs.

  • Develop mock client applications to perform end-to-end integration, quality assurance, and performance testing.

  • Develop and test various policies for governance, management, and runtime execution of APIs.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure correct setup of servers, load balancers, and firewalls, and provide monitoring services.

  • Participate in production monitoring setup and rollout to partners.

  • Responsible for post-project implementation monitoring of product quality and triaging technical issues

  • Test driven development using modern source control and continuous integration

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong organizational ability, time and project management skills to juggle your priorities

  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

  • Proven skills in oral and written communication.
