The successful applicant will be involved in all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering, analysis and design, development, testing, implementation, and production support. In addition to performing software development, the Developer will be supporting development efforts and performing software development functions in a small project setting.

The applicant will also perform Business Analyst duties working with the customers to gather, document and analyze business needs and requirements that solves a business problem and design a technical solution.

Support .Net based code for web and desktop applications. Perform database design, updates, queries, and generate reports. Develop and test applications and integration of functionality as needed to ensure compliance with project standards.

**Basic Qualifications:**

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 9 years of experience OR a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience
+ 5 years of experience as a Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of .Net applications.
+ Proficient in .Net (C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net) and Visual Studio
+ Experience with XML, XSD, SOAP/REST, HTML
+ Oracle and MS SQL Server development

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint ERP system
+ Design and development of Java applications
+ Proven experience working independently or within a team leading development effort
+ Ability to prioritize conflicting objectives and requests from stakeholders
+ Ability to nurture and maintain relationships with personnel across a complex organizational structure.
+ Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
+ Creative and strong customer-oriented mindset.
+ Ability to present and clearly understand and articulate technology issues, initiatives, and the pro/cons of alternatives.

Salary Range: $103,900.00 - $155,900.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
