**Summary**


Disney Streamings Advertising Experience Product team is responsible for obsessing over the quality, cohesion, and seamlessness of the user experience of advertising within our apps. Our team is intentionally centered within the organization, operating as a hub for decision-making, consensus-driving, and cross-functional collaboration. At the core of the advertising experience product teams charter is our goal to deliver a seamless viewing that enhances the overall experience. How we get there is a journey, and we are actively seeking a Sr. Product Manager to help define the road ahead.


We are looking for an established Sr. Product Manager who will own and help drive our advertising product strategy and experience while partnering across the company including Disney divisions outside of Disney Streaming to drive consensus and alignment, build new capabilities, and continuously test and iterate. The right person for this role understands that advertising and the revenue it returns does not exist in a silo, and its impact on engagement, content awareness, and user satisfaction must be continuously balanced and re-tuned. This is a high-visibility role, and you must be able to navigate cross functional groups to build alignment with compassion and collaboration. You will be partnering across many levels within the organization, and as such, your ability to communicate and influence effectively is absolutely necessary.


**What youll do**


+ Own and drive a segment of the product strategy and experience for advertising within the Disney Streaming family of apps: Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and Star+ Develop and ensure effective prioritization of impact of our roadmap supporting advertising features and optimize end-user experience

+ Ensure our advertising experience are competitive and ahead of market competition

+ Drive core areas of focus of the Disney Streamings Ad Experience Steering Committee to develop, enhance, and evaluate elements of the strategy as they progress from concept to production

+ Partner closely with Product Managers and professionals across the organization, driving your roadmap priorities through their constituent teams and workstreams

+ Lean into experimentation and User Experience Research to help improve our advertising experience and capabilities

+ Leverage quantitative and qualitative data, including user research and sentiment analysis, to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement

+ Above all else, be a champion for the user and their relationship with advertising


**What to bring**


+ A minimum of 7 years experience in product management or a minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising within a digital streaming company

+ Bachelors degree in a relevant field required

+ A demonstrated passion for analytics and a willingness to dive _really_ deep into the data

+ A proven track record of delivering product features and optimizations that resonate with users

+ A strategic mind, always with a view further out than anyone else in the room

+ A proven ability to find creative compromises in challenging circumstances

+ A history of establishing and maintaining successful cross-functional relationships

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills

+ A passion for media and delivering the best possible experience to users

+ A sense of humor
