The Senior ERP Analyst will provide functional expertise in analyzing, planning, implementing, and executing business-specific processes using SAP, integrations, software tools and applications. The position supports the business by solving issues they encounter in the applications and processes they work with. In addition, candidates will utilize his/her applications knowledge to analyze how to help the business by making better use of existing/additional application functionalities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as a technical analyst to design IT solutions in SAP ERP for the different business users with requirements on projects and rapid development requests.
Works with other analysts and business units to develop and manage deliveries for continued advancement of the company's use of the SAP ERP and establish best practices within the user community.
Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business system and user needs.
Recommends, develops and executes plans for additional software module implementations based on business requirements.
Stays abreast of application technology issues and trends. Recommends technology advancement opportunities that would position the IT department to anticipate and meet the ongoing needs of the business community.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor€™s Degree
6+ years of SAP ERP Application experience in the following areas: Core ABAP, Reports, ALVs, Forms, PDF Forms, Migration tools, user exits, BADIs.
1+ year UI5 and FIORI
WE VALUE
S4/HANA experience
Bachelor€™s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or related field
Good Know how of ALE/IDOC
Functional SAP experience
EDI experience (practical trouble shooting scripts) would be preferable
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall projects
Ability to align on understanding and agreement related to deliverables and timeframes
Ability to navigate through a matrixed organizational structure
Ability to handle ambiguity; effectively cope with change, shifting gears and aligning with business priorities
Attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, ability to learn quickly in a fast paced team focused environment
Excellent communication skills
