Arthrex is actively seeking a Sr Security Analyst who works directly with the IT & other departments within Arthrex to c omplete tasks designed to ensure security of the organization's systems and information assets. Develops IT security policies and standards, engaging penetration testing. Works with end users to determine needs of individual departments. Performs risk assessment as part of projects. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Excellent communications and analytical skills, Bachelors' degree will be essential for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining an ISMS
Creating and maintaining Information Security policies
Running and guiding audits
Developing a risk analysis framework
Perform vulnerability and risk assessments
Developing and maintaining the ISO27001
Guiding penetration testing
Support information security Assessment and Authorization process and documentation
Assess system architecture and design for security control compliance
Ensures systems, network, and data users are aware of and follow Arthrex security policies.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree required; preferably in Information Security or related field
5 years of experience in information security required
Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
Certified Information Systems Auditor ( CISA preferred
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
In-depth knowledge of ISMS, security policies and penetration testing. Established or maintained an ISO 27001 certification and performed risk assessments on daily basis. Can deliver comprehensive documentation and learning material in this field.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Servers, printers, desktop computers, laptops, miscellaneous hardware and software.
