**Job Summary:**
We are searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager for QA who can bring experience and enthusiasm to the execution of programs within the QA organization. Reporting to the VP of QA, this role requires a seasoned project or program manager knowledgeable in the creation, implementation and maintenance of engineering and QA processes and reporting. You should have knowledge of technology organizations and a passion for organizational change and operations. You will work directly on a team focused on driving efficient and effective processes in support of overarching engineering, product and program team objectives. Your main focus will be around managing programs and processes to help ensure proper coordination and execution of QA activities related to cross-team communication, delivery of QA testing and automation improvements along with other technology projects and programs. You will engage with many cross-functional teams (with varying perspectives) and work to align them with processes and tooling solutions geared towards effective collaboration. Strong leadership and relationship management skills are a must to influence and execute impactful change. A successful candidate is someone who can manage day-to-day programs while creating effective solutions to help teams work towards a common strategy.
**Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:**
+ Create and maintain a reporting strategy for individual QA teams, the QA platform and executives particularly focussed around large cross-functional deliverables
+ Work with QA Infrastructure team to create and build out executive reporting on automation and manual testing
+ Understand and communicate a holistic view of QA across performance, service and client testing through to automation
+ Create and report out QA risk registry for Enterprise Program Management references
+ Collaborate with other program management functions to support execution and delivery of cross-functional programs and projects
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain clear communication of QA activities and delivery timelines
+ Work with QA teams to track progress for large initiatives related to your projects in a manner easily consumable by all stakeholders
+ Understand the fundamentals of Disney Streamings business and their interplay with development priorities to reduce delay in discussions among interested parties
+ Investigate, track and resolve open issues for any given project through clear communication with a wide array of partners
+ Identify inefficiencies in the processes, and drive better, more efficient processes where needed for projects to be delivered optimally and on time.
**Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:**
+ BA/BS degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
+ 6+ years of project/program management experience, working with technical teams developing enterprise-level solutions
+ Excellent writing and presentation skills
+ Strong knowledge of the integrated systems lifecycle development utilizing different and sometimes multiple development models (e.g., agile, waterfall, hybrid, etc.)
+ Experience configuring and customizing Confluence spaces, pages and macro utilization or administrator-level knowledge Confluence and other enterprise tools used in the software development lifecycle
+ Proven track record of leading multiple programs across organizations (product, engineering, marketing, legal, operations), and building relationships across such boundaries
+ Ability to work effectively and influentially at all levels in an organization
+ Comfortable with changing specifications and standards, and leading the team to deliver through ambiguity
+ Experience in leading, supporting, and working with complex project teams
+ Distinctive analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
+ Experience in a strategy & portfolio management organization a plus
