Auto req ID: 282275BR Job Description The NACP Starbucks Business Development Senior Manager will lead the selling efforts for the North American Coffee Partnership (NACP) portfolio of brands - across several large National (PCT) customers including Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Dollar General - valued at greater than $500MM in annual RSV. This role requires interaction and alignment across multiple points of contact within the PBNA PCT Customer Team network, including Anchor and Franchise Bottlers, and cross-functional NACP Sales / Marketing / Finance teams to deliver assigned Volume, Net Revenue, and Share Growth targets in accordance with Annual AOP objectives. Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities: Deliver AOP Plans for NACP RTD portfolio, across Volume, Net Revenue, and Share metrics Lead collaboration with SBUX Sales, Marketing, and Finance planning teams, in conjunction with PBNA PCT Customer teams on creation and execution of Annual AOP plans. Lead, align and influence key decision makers across assigned PCT customer base, PBNA and Franchise bottlers, including PBNA Division VP's and Sr. Directors of Retail, FBU Bottling Principals and Sales Directors, CCO Channel leads, Regional and National Account Managers, etc... Identify, analyze, and understand key opportunities and/or issues to develop long term sustainable business solutions. Build portfolio strategy, sales imperatives, and executional tactics designed to grow NACP RTD Coffee Share - with measurement of progress through KPI's. Maintain strong working relationship with Starbucks JV Brand Managers and associates. Partner with PBC Selling teams to build AOP framework and present customer JBP plans - leveraging category management tools and insights that lead to actionable solutions. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree required Minimum 8 years of applicable Consumer Package Goods selling experience or transferable experience set. Demonstrate ability to analyze data and take away key insights Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to succeed and deliver results in a matrix environment Deliver compelling customer presentations Powerful self-starter with strong teamwork orientation Ability to manage multiple priorities Entrepreneurial spirit and results driven orientation to develop emerging brands This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
