SUMMARY
The IT Intern will work closely with the rest of the IT infrastructure and Help Desk team. This is a hands-on position requiring basic knowledge of personal computers and various peripherals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first response technical assistance to Welltower employees
Identify, diagnose, research and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Escalate issues as necessary
Utilize Helpdesk software to ensure that all issues are moving toward resolution
Install new computers, monitors, printers, phones and peripherals
Work directly with the Information Technology team learning and applying the latest techniques in RPA
Work with IT staff members evaluating and defining process improvements.
The opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of Welltowers automation strategy by building new innovative solutions.
Analyst will work with team to develop reporting and analysis capabilities for less mature data sources
Analyst will work with team to develop ETL processes to extract data from internal/external systems using SQL and REST APIs
Analyst will work with team to model data within a centralize database to optimize for reporting and analysis
Analyst will use BI Tools such as Tableau for analysis and reporting
Perform all other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Prior internship experience in IT, Helpdesk or related field is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following technologies:
HP desktops and laptops
Microsoft Windows 7/10
Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, O365
Printers and multi-function devices
Internet Browsers
Apple iOS
Proficiency in SQL (exposure to MySQL and SQL Server a plus)
Experience to BI Tools such as Tableau
Education: Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field required.
