**ERM CAO & Transformation Strategy, Productivity and Communications SVP**


The Strategy function within ERM CAO and Transformation is responsible for partnering with ERM team leads to drive cross functional organization productivity and execute on communication strategy to ensure alignment with ERMs internal and external commitments. The ERM Strategy function is also responsible for driving the cross functional communication by partnering with ERM team leads to share the ERM function objectives and insights from the strategic initiatives, review productivity, incubate new roles and facilitate strategic investment analysis for ERM function


The SVP Strategy and Communications position is responsible for assisting the ERM Strategy Global head to accomplish results through a strategic partnership with the ERM internal teams, partners and stakeholders across 1LOD and 2LOD. This role will also be responsible for assisting with setting up and managing productivity reviews across the ERM organization. Additionally, the candidate will work across the ERM CAO and Transformation team to build and maintain the end-to-end ERM communications process, covering all executive communications, townhalls, offsites, newsletters and website updates.


**Strategy and Productivity Responsibilities:**


+ Support the ERM Strategy Global head and work with ERM teams (Enterprise Risk Analytics, New Activities Risk Management, Risk Appetite and Limit, Risk Framework and Policy, Risk ID and Strategic Risk, Climate Risk, Digital Assets Risk, Enterprise Risk Governance).

+ Facilitate productivity discussions and creating alignment/ synergies with Risk Transformation/ Consent Order, and Business Simplification initiatives as they relate to the internal and external resourcing and new roles for processes owned and performed by ERM.

+ Actively work with the ERM Strategy Global head, Program Managers, Product Owners and Risk and Control program stakeholders to align the ERM Communication plan for senior management and other stakeholders

+ Maintain communications as defined by the ERM Strategy Global head, covering milestones of business strategy, design, modeling, and technology solutions.

+ This role will be help with business and communication strategy discussion forums of Risk and Control programs to drive the regular ERM communication while partnering with all Risk Stripes.

+ The role will be responsible to assist with regular ERM function town halls, global and regional forums for the communication of business strategy and regulatory commitments through the consent order plan.

+ This role works with the Strategy Global Lead and will have contact with key stakeholders across ERM, Risk, Risk DART, Risk COO PMO, Technology, EIO&T Business Simplification, and 1LOD, as well as other disciplines.


**Communications Responsibilities:**


+ Maintain the Communications Strategy for both internal and external stakeholders with a comprehensive and regular cycle of communication process

+ Manage regular employee information sessions including Town site updates, reward and recognition, VOE (Voice of the Employee) and community engagement accomplishments.

+ Work with Strategy Lead, CAO and Transformation Head and ERM Leadership team, (SLT) to communicate branding and employee engagement activity People, Talent Management and Culture

+ Promote various employee initiatives eg. reviews VOE results; create working committees to address people issues and sponsor diversity networks and VOE committees

+ Delivery and implementation of key People Priorities (eg recruitment, onboarding, learning, culture, internal mobility, employee retention and recognition programs)

+ Work on Senior Management offsites

+ Assist with onboarding and assimilation of new to promote retention and engagement


Qualifications:


+ 10+ years of relevant work experience in Financial Services, Strategy or relevant CAO/COO, Finance, Branding, Marketing or Employee Engagement roles

+ Proven analytical, quantitative, and strategic planning skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Able to work through a large, complex matrix organization; demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks

+ Excellent planning and task management skills; as well as strong focus on day-to-day execution with high attention to critical details

+ Organizationally savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret

+ Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals, and drive results

+ Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational / time management skills

+ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives

+ Highly organized and detail oriented. Able to create support across a wide range of stakeholders through well-developed interpersonal and influencing capabilities

+ Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries; willing to break down business and/or functional silos to optimize results

+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills; proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel

+ Proven track record of delivering successful employee engagement campaigns across large and complex organizations

+ Ability to write excellent plain English with first class presentation skills


Education:


+ Undergraduate degree required. Masters degree preferred. Degrees in Finance, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations are preferred
