**Essential Requirements**
+ Experience 3 - 5 years
+ Experience in SAS, SATA, and SCSI protocols.
+ Experience in UEFI, Windows, VMWare and Linux OS debug skills
+ Experience in RAID technologies such as: striping, caching, parity, failure & recovery, redundancy, storage performance, and hardware acceleration.
+ Experience in firmware, device drivers, server and storage management applications
+ Experience in creating and executing tests, including identifying pre-conditions, data setup, assumptions, document test steps and expected results
**Desirable Requirements:**
+ Experience with Python scripting and high availability storage subsystems is highly desirable.
