Our work depends on a Systems Engineer to support our government client activities in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to work in a cross-functional team supporting multiple application product lines simultaneously which include commercial products such as SharePoint, WordPress, and MediaWiki as well as custom Government written software.

• Ability to read, decipher, edit, and repair code written in one or more of the following languages is highly desirable: .NET, PowerShell, Perl, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, bash, ksh, or Python

• Creative problem solver mentality that can function individually, as part of a team, and leading a team (when required)

• Enthusiastic, self-starter that has the ability to self-direct tasking based on the teams workload, ask questions when necessary

• Dedicated, tenacious, and determined learner that has the ability to read documentation, research difficult problems, and assist in developing out-of-the-box solutions in a fast-paced, highly-visible environment

Job Requirements:

• Level II 8570 Certification (Security+ CE or equivalent)

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent years of experience
