Job Description

Technical Support Engineers are responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues for the Tricentis customers in a 24*7 environment. This includes being the first point of escalation within the technical support department as well as providing regular communication updates to customers on the progress of their requests/incidents. The successful candidate will be able to quickly gain an understanding of our comprehensive product suite . This is a customer-facing role and therefore it requires strong inter-personal and customer service skills in addition to strong technical skills.

Qualifications

To be successful in the position you will possess the following skills and experience:

Must have:

• 2 or more years' experience in performance/load testing

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant experience

• Profound development skills in Java/C#

• At least 1-year experience with JMeter and/or other open source performance testing tools

• Knowledge of databases like MSSQL, DB2, Oracle, Postgres and MySQL

• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to convey complex technical issues to appropriate audiences correctly for action or education

• Customer-centric attitude with the ability to make sound decisions based on customer needs and product knowledge

• Flexibility to work in shifts

Desirable:

• Experience in NeoLoad.

• Experience on any leading cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).

• Experience on Linux, Docker is a plus.

• Experience in the planning, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks

• Experience in software testing across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
