**Job Description:**
Brings a testing mindset to the team, and is responsible for testing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business outcomes. Ensures the testing strategy and processes are well-defined and continuously improved for the team or teams. Establishes a test and automation strategy, creating common test frameworks, defining and managing test processes including test data generation, defect management and reporting. Creates and optimizes test processes including defect management and reporting. Contributes to building quality into the SDLC using best practices and tools. Creates a test automation strategy across the application stack (UI, API, and Backend, etc.). Creates and optimizes test automation frameworks and use of test automation tools. Leads test planning for complex features that span across the platform or multiple teams. Ensures alignment and sign off for test cases from business and other stakeholders. Optimizes test suites employing techniques such risk-based testing. Manages test execution and assists with resolving, communicating or escalating any issues that may result in test plan variance. Contributes to test data management approach, processes and tools. Conditions and generates test data and ensure data compliance requirements are met on all levels of test environments. Assists in identifying and managing sensitive test data. Designs test data and ensures data compliance requirements are met on all levels of test environments. Assists in identifying and managing sensitive test data. Participates in triaging reported issues/defects and assists with resolving or escalating them as necessary. Creates and manages traceability. Traces tests forwards/backwards through the development lifecycle and back to requirements. Uses testing tools and follows processes to complete testing on a given test environment and assists with fulfillment of necessary steps required to promote code base to higher level environments. **Overview:**
+ The selected person will be responsible for engineering and implementing multi project/ multi system test efforts with Wholesale Credit Underwriting, Monitoring, and Fulfillment experience
+ Test Automation Developer/Engineer that can learn system flows quickly and tailor automation solutions that are sustainable and well documented
**Job Requirements:**
+ Experienced Developer in test with Java Automation development acumen, Jenkins, hands on skills. Hands on Selenium WebDriver using Behavior Driven approach with Java programming language, Cucumber, TestNG, Selenium Grid, Jenkins and Maven. Automated testing tools such as TestNG and Selenium to conduct systems, integration, user acceptance, positive and negative, functionality, object and regression tests
+ Able to Perform Database testing using SQL Queries for validation and integrity testing, also establishing JDBC connection using Java programming language. Experience with the following: Microservices, Configure and launch builds using Jenkins jobs and analyze Test Reports from Jenkins and communicate test results to the team. Identify GUI elements using various locators: ID, Name, Class, Tag name, Link Text, XPath and CSS locators. Use Cucumber with Gherkin Language to develop Step Definitions, Features and Scenarios using Acceptance Criteria on JIRA and used Scenario outline for data-driven testing to eliminate duplicate steps in the feature file. Conduct walkthrough meetings to understand the requirements, analyze the User Stories and writing acceptance criteria
+ Capture an immediate screenshot of a web application via automated method whenever a certain test fails and include it in the Jira report Coordinate scheduling of major testing suites with involves parties Provide orientation and mentorship for new team members as well as for functional testers interested in test automation Actively involved in all stages of software development lifecycle (SDLC), work very closely with the business team and Product owners in Agile environment and attended different meetings like Product/Sprint backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective meetings
+ Need to launch a multi-tiered automated testing implementation for a vendor based app leveraging in-house selenium based toolsets. The project is fast paced and is mission Special preference will be given for experience with Brazil financial systems and Payments
**Must Have Qualifications:**
+ 5-7 years Java or Selenium experience
+ 5-7 years Banking domain experience supporting Wholesale Credit; prefer prior BofA experience
+ 5-7 years hands on Test Automation development & automation experience
