GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES : To sell tickets to shows through the use of Ticketmaster and to make sure all guests have a positive experience attending our shows

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Includes, but is not limited to the following.)


  1. To sell show tickets, print reservations and assist supervisor in loading shows

  2. To make sure all problems are solved in a quick and professional manner

  3. To ensure the safety of all guests

  4. To assist in the direction of guests to various locations and aid casino personnel with VIP guests

  5. To deal with challenging situations

  6. Keeping track of supplies, selling and restocking retail, tracking daily sales of tickets, retail, Ticketmaster, checking group information and booking reservations

  7. Must be available on the day of all concerts.

  8. Maintain regular, predictable attendance.

  9. Other job-related duties as may be assigned.

  1. Positive and welcoming attitude towards guest and employees.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS : Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Must possess computer knowledge, ticketing knowledge and good English communication skills. Must have the ability to deal with customers on a daily basis. Must be presentable. Must be self-motivated. Must be able to handle money. Must have good phone skills

Certificate/License : Must have a permit to work in the United States.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS : Work may be performed in areas, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky, illuminated and or dimly lit. Work requires use and knowledge of computer equipment. Work may be performed alone, with others, around others, with verbal and face-to-face contact, and may include extended days.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS : (May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position). Ability to deal with stressful situations. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must have the ability to use logical deduction to solve problems. Must be friendly, outgoing, professional and a good communicator
