Job Duties
Performs and reviews daily Title 31 audits to ensure proper recording and aggregation of reportable cash transactions, proper completion of MTL and NIL logs, and proper documentation of customer information in accordance with Tropicana's AML-BSA Program
Conducts transactional analysis of certain casino transactions to detect potential suspicious activity
Conducts and reviews internal SAR investigations, and prepares summaries and recommendations for presentation to BSA Compliance Officer
Prepares and reviews CTR and SAR filings
In the absence of the BSA Compliance Officer, audits and files CTRs and SARs
Conducts internal Know Your Customer (KYC) investigations and presents findings and recommendations to the BSA Compliance Officer
Assists the BSA Compliance Officer in the daily oversight of the property BSA program, including liaising with operational departments on BSA-related matters
May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma required. College degree in accounting, business or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience in Title 31 compliance (casino preferred).
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have extensive computer knowledge.
Must have excellent analysis and reporting ability.
Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and attendant regulations, BSA and other AML-related regulations, and company internal controls, policies and procedures.
