Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enterprise Applications Specialist (Super Micro Computer, Inc.; San Jose, CA) : Responsible for global SAP implementation and enhancement, such as requirements gathering, process mapping, function design, system configuration, program development, and user training for the SAP Sales Distribution (SD) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionalities (including quotations, order entry, sales tax, rebates, order fulfillment, invoicing, and RMA). Perform in-house SAP system configuration and module development (SD, ERP, CRM) to fulfill business requirements, including integration of third-party and auxiliary applications. Develop, debug, and troubleshoot SAP programs in support of corporate projects using SAP development tools such as ABAP Dialog Programming, Web UI, Java for PC, ALY, IDOCs, Function modules (RFC), Web Service, Smartforms, BDC/Call Transaction, User-Exits/BADIs, and Business Transaction Events. Design and develop inbound and outbound application interfaces for integrating flows of data among multiple internal business applications from throughout the company's SAP environment. Configure and maintain SAP ERP, CRM and Netweaver solutions, SAP authorization maintenance services, and SAP performance management. Design and develop software tools for reusability, system usage optimization, and unit/performance testing to add requested features and improve ease of use. Provide technical support and training to internal users for SAP SD and CRM modules.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in the position offered or related occupation.
Special Requirements: Skills with the following required: SAP Order to Cash; Java; SAP ABAP coding; SAP IPC and VMC pricing procedure; SAP enhancements: BADI, User Exits, and Explicit and Implicit
enhancements; and CRM middleware for data interfacing.
