Senior Delivery Lead-GMOT

**Job Description:**



Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a larger program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations. Communicates the target outcomes, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance with standards, and provides visibility into the health of the program. Ensures execution and delivery meet the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost. Manages financials for the program assists with resource planning, and facilitates sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations. Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders. Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk. Coordinates and facilitates the program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal. Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures the work delivered complies with Enterprise Change Management standards. Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership. Manages the financials and assists with resource planning for the program. Provides input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio.



**Key Responsibilities:**



+ Technology Product Manager to partner with senior operations stakeholders in a solution of a design of significant aspects of AML/KYC (e.g., refresh, screening, document management)

+ Represent the tech team (GMOT AML / Client Services), optimizing the time of the overall tech team by being selective on broader tech team participation

+ Manage the tech roadmap, partnering with the Senior Delivery Lead

+ Directly supports the Technology Executive

+ Identify & concisely frame the decisions that are needed from senior leaders

+ Once decisions are taken, ensure effective governance routines are established with stakeholders

+ Act as a go-to resource for the AML tech executive to resolve urgent escalations from operations & business partners



**About the team:**



A neworganization is formed to consolidate existing AML and Client Services teams into a single entity. The team will be global, with most of the footprint in AMRS, so this role is critical to provide an EMEA presence.



**Required Skills: Minimum 10 Years in the following skill sets**



+ AML/KYC and client/entity reference data subject matter expertise

+ Effectively partners at the peer level & higher to influence change

+ Understands the roles played by various teams in the business, operations & technology (at BofA) as it relates to AML onboarding, AML refresh, and entity data generally

+ Expert in working with & summarizing data for management using tools like Microsoft Excel or Access

+ Excellent presentations skills - can quickly pull together PowerPoint presentations that concisely frame MD-level decision/discussions



**Desired Skills:**



+ Works independently to achieve the outcome

+ Knowledge of structured workflow implementation in the operations area Pega, Appian, Camunda, or similar

+ Hands-on experience using SQL to complex database schemas

+ Working with & summarizing data for management using tools like QlikView, Tableau, or similar
