Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Production Support Engineer

**Job Description:**



Required Skills



College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience with 5-7 years of experience.



Foundational knowledge of core ITIL processes such as the management of incidents, changes, and problems.



Experience supporting Web Access Management solutions, such as Ping Access or CA Site Minder



Experience supporting Federated IAM protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect



Exceptional with the Splunk environment able to analyze logs, create/modify dashboards, and utilize reporting and alerting functionality



Able to troubleshoot and analyze HTTP traces



Familiarity with both the Unix and Windows Operating Systems



Ability to understand and utilize various programming or scripting languages such as shell scripting, Perl, and PowerShell



Practical knowledge of SSL/PKI



Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory services

**Colorado pay range:**



$70,000 - $120,000
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
