Sr Business Control Specialist

**Job Description:**
In this individual contributor role, the candidate will support activities aligned to the GIS Exam and Audit Management process. The candidate will specifically support Internal Audits, Regulatory Exams and Compliance Activities that focus on GIS processes. As GIS is an enterprise control function, candidate may also be assigned Exams or Audits that align to Front Line Unit or other Chief Information Office (CIO) organizations requiring GIS support. Candidate will interact with all levels of management including GIS Process and Control Owners, GIS Senior Leadership Team, GIS Risk Leads, Global Risk, Internal Audit and Global Regulatory Relations. The volume of exams impacting GIS have increased over time based on the increasing level of risk within the Information Security environment.
The candidate will be expected to develop and present routine reports and metrics related to audit and exam activity. The candidate will also be expected to work with Exam and Audit respondents to drive on accurate and on-time responses, as well as escalate potential roadblocks that may delay on-time completion. In addition, the candidate will participate in efficiency projects, execution of strategy and demonstrate an intense desire for personal development
**Required Skills**
5+ years of experience in Risk, Audit and or Compliance Organization
o Make timely and fact-based decisions

**Desired Skills**
Bachelor's and/or Masters degree
CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CISM certification or similar
Prior Exam Management (Audit, Compliance, or Regulatory) experience
Detailed, bank-specific risk management and governance experience
Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners

**Jersey City pay range:**
$82,700 - $135,000
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
