**ROLE SUMMARY**
The Market Access and Revenue Management (MARM)team manages technology strategy and delivery for Pfizer's Commercial Business Units and Patient & Health Impact (PHI) Organizations. Contract and Pricing Strategies have never been more important for the pharmaceutical industry as they are today. The Market Access and Revenue Management team plays a critical role in ensuring patients receive breakthrough medicines that change their lives. The Manager position is accountable for managing full lifecycle of solution development and delivery of innovative solutions for the PCA contract operations teams supporting all Pfizer Business Units. This includes applying advanced technical knowledge and project management experience to successfully deliver to our business partners. Key technologies in the scope of this role include Model N's FLEX Suite of products, Tableau, Business Objects, and advanced technologies including AI, RPA, and cognitive computing. This role will be expected to manage complex IT projects and programs involving multiple Pfizer stakeholder groups and vendor delivery partners in a highly dynamic environment. The Manager is a member of the Digital US Market Access and Revenue Management organization that will be the creation center point of contact for contract operations and pricing strategies. The candidate will be able to cultivate and maintain long-term, productive relationships with business owners in Market Access Operations. The candidate will leverage the Pfizer Digital operating model to provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges within the U.S. Market Access organization. The candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously encompassing contract operations, new pricing and rebate strategies, master data management, system interfaces as well as work hands on within the FLEX Revenue Manager application to fully understand the business client operational processes.
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead and deliver innovative business technology and digital solutions for the Managed Care and Institutional Rebates Contract Operations Team
+ Oversee collaboration across project teams and ensure all project milestones & deliverables are met.
+ Establish necessary program management office (PMO) processes and ensure standards are met across projects including effective risk mitigation and issue resolution
+ Work closely with Client Partner organization to understand digital strategy and associated project requirements.
+ Manage stakeholder expectations through effective two-way communication channels as relates to reporting of status and mitigation of risks/issues
+ Establish strong relationships with key partnering Pfizer Digital organizations to strengthen delivery of cross-functional solutions.
+ Partner closely with Contracting business leads to ensure solution delivery expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
+ Collaborate with fellow Market Access and Revenue Management team members to further evolve our solution roadmaps and deliver more innovative capabilities that will positively impact business results.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience required.
+ 5+ years' experience as an information technology professional
+ 3+ years of experience in the Life Sciences Industry
+ Experience in Pharmaceutical Contracting and Revenue Management
+ Experience with the ModelN suite of products or equivalent Pharmaceutical contracting systems
+ Project management experience in a large complex corporate environment.
+ System Development Life Cycle experience
+ Experience working with regulated SOX compliant systems and internal auditors
+ Knowledge of the Agile software development methodology
+ Proven ability to build and manage relationships and communicate effectively with senior-level business executives.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
+ History of successfully managing to financial goals
+ Skilled at / experience in working with IT vendors to create win-win relationships as part of software acquisition and implementation
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
+ Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
+ Lean/Six Sigma Certification
**NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS**
+ Occasional travel between Pfizer locations < 10%
+ Digital is a 7x24x365 endeavor.
+ This role may require participation on a weekend, holiday, or after normal business hours.
