Job Purpose:



The Long-Term Care Account Representative (AR) as part of the LTCP Member Experience Team, is an integral member of the overall MHA Long Term Care Pharmacy Division. The LTCP AR is responsible for providing administrative support and key data points to LTC Pharmacies. The AR will analyze automated monthly reports and query studio and provide insight into purchasing trends, outstanding and achieved contract eligibility and anomalies that the AE-Member Engagement Team presents during Quarterly Business Reviews with our LTCP members. Additionally, they will identify and track data inconsistencies via the audit process and effectively communicate issues to the AE- Member Engagement Team while working closely with them to ensure contract compliance and full contract utilization with the goal of driving revenue. The LTCP AR will act as a liaison between MHA Members and MHAs Ops Support Services and Network Admin Services and is committed to providing the highest level of customer services to the MHAs Member Base.









Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Assist the MHA the Account Executive-AE- Member Engagement Team in achieving MHAs strategic budgetary and business goals.



  • Provide administrative support to MHA Account Executives



  • Provide direct member support when needed.



  • Ability to comprehensively review, interpret and communicate data to the AE- Member Engagement Team and LTCP members.



  • Maintain a consistent cycle of contact with MHA Member Pharmacies via phone and email.



  • Act as a liaison between MHA Member Pharmacies and Internal Support Services (IT, Data and Reconciliation, Membership, Contracts, etc.).



  • Working with their Account Executives to onboard new GPO and LTC Network Pharmacies



  • Monitor and maintain accurate Member information.



  • Implement approved account management strategies.



  • Work closely with LTC Member base to educate them on the MHA Portal for member adaption and continue that education as new Phases get implemented.



  • Consistent updating and entries into MHAs CRM Salesforce for most up to date information and activity for their Account Executives.






Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:



  • 2-4 Year College Degree Preferred but not required.



  • 2 years of Client/Account management, Customer Service, Internal Sales, Pharmacy Tech, or Billing preferred.



  • Self-motivator attitude with a proactive desire to dissect and analyze the current needs of the client and help anticipate their future needs.



  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytic, time management and organizational skills



  • Exceptional verbal and written communication as well as effective listening skills



  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint



  • Experience in Salesforce a plus
