The Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day review of Prudential Advisors transactional review process for annuity suitability, annuity replacements, and subsequent annuity transactions. General annuity product knowledge is a requirement. As needed, the person in this position will conduct outreach calls with clients to determine their understanding of the annuity purchase. This position will approve mid to high level complexity Protegent and annuity replacement cases. The incumbent must be knowledgeable in US Federal and state compliance regulations as well as company regulations.

Incumbent needs to have strong knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements and regulations; knowledge of insurance and investment products; sales and service processes; company policies and processes; company systems; and, the financial services industry. Ability to work with a diverse group of people including producers, home office and sales executives. Financial services industry experience, insurance broker/dealer laws and regulations and company compliance policy; and, Prudential products and services.

Qualifications
Incumbent needs to have strong knowledge and understanding of annuity products, compliance requirements and regulations;
Knowledge of annuity and investment products; sales and service processes; company policies and processes; company systems; and the financial services industry.
Ability to work with and manage relationships with a diverse group of people including producers, home office and sales executives.
Financial services industry experience, insurance broker/dealer laws and regulations and company compliance policy; and, Prudential products and services.
Series 6 (or 7) and Series 26 (or 24) are required for this position. Additional licenses/registrations will be encouraged to be obtained as applicable and/or appropriate.

*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $81,000-$109,500 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
