**Responsibilities:**
+ Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions, including:
+ Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
+ Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
+ Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
+ Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications

**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
+ Recognized technical authority for an area within the business.
+ Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
+ Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
+ Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
+ Advanced Microsoft Office skills
+ In depth knowledge of banking products / systems preferred.
+ CPA preferred

The **Capital Controllers Group** (CCG) within Citi Controllers is responsible for overseeing the production and reporting of the firm's Risk and Leverage-Based Capital, while strengthening the oversight of related data, controls and regulatory engagement.
The **Regulatory Capital Governance** **team** ensures that all activities of the CCG adhere to established governance procedures, all deliverables are progressing in line with established due dates, and control processes are continually enhanced.
This role is with **Regulatory Capital** **Governance** team within CCG. This team is responsible for strengthening overall governance and controls related to Basel / Spot RWA. The strategic objectives and priorities include: driving accountability and transparency of key Basel / Spot RWA processes and remediation efforts; enabling proactive management and escalation of issues; establishing predictive controls; executing on Basel governance structure; preparedness for reviews including regulatory exams and executing on key regulatory deliverables, partnering with key stakeholders including Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk and other control functions.
As **Regulatory Capital Governance** Risk Stripe Engagement Analyst, this role will be responsible for supporting the **Regulatory Capital Governance** Risk Stripe Engagement Lead on projects to strengthen the governance and controls for assigned RWA risk stripe. Responsibilities include providing support for the tracking and monitoring of remediation efforts pertaining to assigned RWA risk stripe. This role will assist in the coordination of (a) reviews for assigned RWA risk stripe including those by Internal Audit, CPRG, COBRA & ICRM; (b) content for regulatory deliverables specific to assigned RWA risk stripe and; (c) Issue/CAP development. This role will support the process for compilation of Capital Planning owned end-to-end RWA risk stripe documentation including ensuring consistency of content, and tracking and monitoring of the adherence to established procedures for assigned RWA risk stripe.
This position will support the interaction with key stakeholders within the broader CCG organization including Spot RWA ( **RWA Controllers** ), **Capital Monitoring and Change** (CMC), and the **Regulatory Capital Policy Group** . This role will also support the collaboration with key partners outside of Capital Planning, including Business (ICG and GCB), EI O&T, FRSS, Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Audit teams.
