As an API Integration Analyst with EFX you will report directly to the Senior Director of Solution Engineering and be responsible for the support of customers and partners consuming our APIs. This role will function in a cross-divisional, integration support manner.Our purpose is to make the API Integration as smooth as possible for all Equifax customers easy and enjoyable.If this is you, come join our global team.What you'll do
Support various customers and connector partners in API portal products
Work with team members to troubleshoot API integration issues before and after launch
Provide feedback to product managers to further enrich the efficacy of Equifax API Products & Services
Support multiple integration projects at a time
Communicate on a daily basis with customers as well as with internal managers
Be responsible for managing ongoing project tracking information
What experience you need
A Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in IT customer support as a QA, Software Developer, Business Analyst or similar skillset
Agile Experience. Familiar with agile methodologies and ability to dovetail into team working in a 2 week sprint cadence
Teamwork and Communication. Be able to work with a remote team alongside product managers, marketing, and developers as well as effectively communicate via email and directly with both internal and external customers as you will be required to support clients with technical issues or verifying their technical integration
Attention-to-Detail, multi-tasking and being efficient. Ability to review customer problems, against original designs and identify and document discrepancies and manage multiple work-streams and simultaneous projects in support of a growing
