Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Application Development assignments/projects. Acts as the principal designer for major systems with moderately complexity and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools and existing designs. Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staff on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.). Works closely with client and IT management and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective application programming solution. May code new or modified programs, reuse existing code through the use of program development software alternatives and/or integrates purchased solutions. Documents, tests, implements and provides on-going support for the applications. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within Application Development but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.

Resource is expected to perform all application support duties for Production Support, IT Operations and configuration of new demand in a team environment, through all phases of the SDLC. While in this work, ability to work with the delivery team with learnings from production to assist in evolving new initiatives is key to success in this role. Key components include Workflow, Unity, Unity Scripting (C#), the OnBase API stack, FileNet P8 Loader and Content Navigator. The resource will work with business users and leaders to understand business needs, determine solution requirements, configure solutions based on the requirements, provide level 2 and 3 support for the application and all solution monitoring for day to day operations. The resource will work in a team environment with other OnBase and FileNet team members. The resource is expected to be a self-starter, able to balance their individual work load, and broader operations within and without the OnBase and FileNet team.

Qualifications:

Skills Required/Needed

  • OnBase Administration Experience Required

  • OnBase Workflow Experience Required

  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting OnBase Required

  • OnBase Certifications (Administrator, Workflow, API) Highly Desired

  • OnBase system administrator implementing and supporting imaging, workflow and various other OnBase related technologies.

  • FileNet P8 Loader

  • Content Navigator administration, configuration and support.

Programming & Custom Scripting Desired:

  • Unity Scripting

  • C#,HTML, JAVA, Oracle, SQL

  • OnBase E-form development

  • OnBase API, and API development

This role is WAH/Flex, which allows most work to be performed at home. WAH/Flex employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 if they choose to come onsite or if required to periodically come on site.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $88,100 - $146,800, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
