Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, New Jersey location.
Duties: Design, develop, test, and implement new computer application features and major enhancements to Citis Global Banking and Institutional Client Group (ICG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application utilizing the following technologies: Siebel CRM Applications 8.1.1, Siebel Workflows, Siebel Assignment Manager, Siebel eScript, Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), Microsoft .Net, VBScript, JavaScript, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Extended Markup Language (XML), JSON, Microsoft SQL Server 2014, Oracle database 11g. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating technical specifications and necessary documentation, liaising with business clients and business analysts, and performing database and web performance tuning. Design and develop database views, functions, write complex stored procedures, integrating CRM application with other Citi business applications Account Master Central (AMC), Know Your Customer (KYC), KYC Workflow Tool (KWT), Account Opening Workflow Tool (eFlow), Salesforce using RESTful, SOAP Web Services and TIBCO technologies. Manage and assign tasks to team members and provide management updates on project status and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Institutional Client Onboarding process.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Applications Developer, Systems Engineer or related position involving Software Applications Development. 7 years of experience must include: Oracle Siebel CRM Enterprise Applications/Solutions 7.7, 8.1. and above; Sales, Marketing, Financial Services and Order Management; Oracle Siebel Tools; Oracle Database 11g, SQL and PL SQL; Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration; Siebel Server Administration; Oracle WebLogic Server Administration; Oracle Policy Automation (OPA); Salesforce.com (SFDC); Siebel Open UI, XML, XSLT, HTML and JavaScript; and Microsoft .Net.
