KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Senior Solution Architect to join our Global Information Technology Group which is part of KPMG International.
Responsibilities:
+ Accountable as the technical lead in the envisioning process for the assigned portfolio providing technical pre-sales support along with proposal authoring, cost estimating and general scoping or work
+ Provide technical leadership and oversight of the Solutions process across all won projects under the assigned portfolio including managing SA&E resources for the portfolio team and quality assurance reviews of SA&E deliverables
+ Monitor the performance and quality of ITS Global deliverables that may impact your assigned portfolio contributing to continuous improvement of ITS Global processes including team development, Right People Right Role analysis and supporting leadership and department initiatives
+ Provide oversight and direct contribution to the on-time, on-budget design and delivery of Solution Architecture & Engineering deliverables that are fit-for-purpose as agreed with project stakeholders including: architectural pattern development, contribution to IT standards process where there is a project impact, technical advocate in discussions with Risk and Security and other stakeholders etc
+ Be accountable for your personal development including technical training that supports the IT strategy, coaching/mentoring and paying close attention to the HR performance
Qualifications:
+ Minimum ten years of recent experience as a Solution Architect in an enterprise similar to KPMG
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Master's is a plus) or equivalent work experience
+ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
+ Microsoft Azure Certification is a plus (Azure Solution Architect is preferred)
+ TOGAF and ArchiMate certification is a plus
+ Full stack application development experience in legacy as well as latest .NET framework, Web Forms, Web Services, REST API, Angular, JQuery, SQL, Azure SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power BI etc.
