The Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization Home Storage is on SCJ's North America Marketing Commercialization Home Storage Team and reports to the Managerof US Marketing Commercialization Home Storage.

The Associate Manager, Marketing Commercialization Home Storage is responsible for leading development and commercialization of Ziploc's single-use sustainable substrate offerings, inclusive of driving successful new product launches, development and execution of marketing campaigns and key partnerships and activations that address key problems to solve. This work will be critical to future-proof the Ziploc business and ensure the brand stays relevant among the sustainable mainstream consumer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure US needs are met for single-use sustainable substrate offerings development and launch, inclusive of positioning, portfolio, pricing strategies to ensure local market needs are met.

  • Develop and lead sell-in decks for single-use sustainable substrate offerings NPDS, campaigns and partner with Durable Bags ABM to deliver any additional Sustainability work in partnership with Customer Marketing

  • Lead a key media briefing and local execution, partnering closing with Global counterparts to bring the campaign to life.

  • Lead competitive tracking, S&OP, and Share for single-use sustainable food storage offerings.

  • Lead US market claims, packaging communication and .com ecomm content for both base bag sustainability and single-use sustainable substrate offerings. Liaise with ABMs to ensure all upcoming projects are capturing key sustainability needs, inclusive of packaging, claims and communication.

  • Lead, with support of manager, broader US sustainability brand strategy and execution.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:


  • 5+ years of Marketing experience and an undergraduate degree OR3+ years of Marketing experiencewith an advanceddegree required

  • Strong interest in CPG industry

  • Working on cross-functional team

  • Ability to build strong working relationships

  • Passion for innovation and sustainability

  • Prior experience in the CPG industry

  • High sense of urgency

  • Proven project leadership capability and propensity to grow within brand managementand other commercial roles (including sales, customer marketing, and shopper marketing roles)

Job Requirements:

- Full or Part-Time, typical work hours & shifts, days of week, whether overtime is expected, etc.

- Percentage of travel time expected, where the travel occurs, whether the travel is overnight
