**SUMMARY**


Hulus Marketing organization is seeking an Associate Paid Social Manager who will support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Social and YouTube. These campaigns support a variety of business initiatives with objectives ranging from brand awareness to subscriber acquisition. Successful candidates will have a passion for social media, and experience scaling campaigns across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc). They will also bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mentality to the role, which will be essential to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel.


**WHAT YOULL DO**


+ Lead end-to-end set up and QA of brand and performance campaigns across paid social platforms

+ Own daily campaign monitoring, optimization, tracking and reporting

+ Partner with Creative Strategy team on creative best practices and managing delivery of assets across campaigns

+ Monitor campaign performance and budget pacing, and compile weekly pacing reports


+ Build and maintain media grids, providing strategic recommendations for stakeholder review and approval

+ Own budget tracking, monthly reconciliations and invoice/PO processing on a monthly basis

+ Work with key stakeholders across Data & Analytics to build automated reporting on all active campaigns

+ Support social team with building and executing incrementality testing roadmap

+ Partner with platform partners and internal stakeholders to set up, monitor and report out on A/B test and experiments within the channel


**WHAT TO BRING**


+ 2+ years managing paid social campaigns

+ Knowledge & mastery of primary social platforms

+ Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills


+ Experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns

+ Exposure to acquisition strategy and experience with direct response campaigns

+ Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

+ Bachelors degree

+ Entertainment industry experience

+ Agency experience

+ Experience running YouTube campaigns
