tools, self service capabilities and live support monitoring and tracking.
This team builds on cloud-based frameworks for customer interaction,
support and execution worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced Backend Services Software Engineer
who can partner with product owners, project managers, developers and
UI/UX designers, across the organization to deliver the best end-to-end
customer experiences, develop in-house automation & tooling to support
operations, suggesting smart resolutions, and innovate the tools Disney
Streaming uses to manage massively scaled streaming operations world-
wide.

**Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:**
BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
required.
Customer-facing experience required.
5+ years of development experience required
REST web API experience required
Experience with AWS cloud technology required
SNS/SQS/Kinesis/ECS/Lambda
Experience with Event driven systems architectures (reactive design)
Experience with containerized & serverless applications
Experience working to support high-performance web-based user
interfaces
Experience building services using REST, GraphQL, WebSockets
Practical knowledge and relevant experience deploying services in a
containerized cloud infrastructure
