Infosys is seeking a AWS Senior Technology Architect. This position's primary responsibility will be to provide technology architectural assessments, strategies and roadmaps for one or more projects & oversee development, implementation of program, providing technical leadership and support to software development teams by identifying best-fit architectural solutions. In this role, you will need to have deep expertise in designing and architecting. You will formulate target state architecture and Roadmap and should be able to lead team and provide technical oversight, guidance and review deliverables. You will be responsible for overall architecture and design of the solution delivered by the team. You will partner closely with the client stakeholders to align the architecture and recommend solutions which meet with business and technology needs.
Candidate can be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC, Jersey City, NJ or Pennington NJ, or work remotely from anywhere within the US initially and be willing to relocate to the area within 3 to 6 months.
This position may require relocation and / or travel to project locations.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
Experience in Cloud fitment analysis, estimation for AWS products.
Experience in deploying and architecture of AWS solutions.
Preferred Skills.
At least 7 years of experience in defining solution architecture, design detailing and technology delivery with a particular focus on AWS platform services, such as: compute, containers, integration, internet of things, storage, web, and DevOps.
At least 7 years of experience in AWS in developing solutions using microservices, AWS EKS, AWS Lambda, AWS Databases (RDS, Dynamo DB, DMS, Elastic Cache, etc.,), AWS Fargate, API / Microservices (Code build, Code deploy and govern), SNS/SQS/Kinesis , Logic Apps, API Gateway, IoT, S3 Data Lake, Athena, AWS Director services, S3 Storage etc. - must be an expert in at least few of these services
At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture, design detailing and technology delivery with a particular focus on AWS platform services.
At least 5 years of exposure in orchestrating the solution of complex, multi-service group, transformational opportunities to maximize client value.
At least 5 years of client-facing experience involved in the sales process and in shaping deals & working on large sales pursuits.
At least 7 years of experience in AWS platform services, such as: compute, containers, integration, internet of things, storage, web, and DevOps.
At least 12 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
At least 12 years of exposure in orchestrating the solution of complex, multi-service group, transformational opportunities to maximize client value
Strong communication and Analytical skills
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
At least 12 years of client-facing experience involved in the sales process and in shaping deals & working on large sales pursuits.
Nice to have AWS Solution Architect certification and should have role relevant certifications.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
