Key job responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Appraisal Manager, perform a variety of business analytical functions including, but not limited to:
Research, analyze and report water risk and supply within the associations territory
Collaborate with FCW Employees, water agencies, private companies and other stakeholders to build water analysis tools and plan
Add data and features to the existing GIS platform to better analyze water use and supply
Gathering, analyzing and reporting information on multiple agricultural related topics, including irrigation supply, commodity pricing, real estate market trends, and appraisal work process
Working with data analytics, risk management and appraisal staff on projects around model development, statistical analysis and predictive analytics of real estate markets
Properly maintaining a database of various real estate related data
Acting as a liaison between credit staff and the appraisal department
Reviewing appraisals for policy compliance and other industry standards
Creating and reviewing reports for internal staff members, providing detailed analysis as needed
Working with internal staff and external vendors to build and maintain appraisal related programs
Analyzing work flows to discover ways to gain efficiencies and develop plans to implement new processes

Minimum Qualifications
Desirable education/experience includes tax accounting, financial statement analysis, real estate and agricultural economics. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
