This role resides within the Data & Analytics Organization, responsible for delivering best in class data science, through robust data infrastructure and analytic solutions for customer level personalization and high relevance business impact initiatives.
As a Data Scientist, you will deliver solutions through predictive models to several areas of the bank.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design, plan and lead Machine Learning Models for credit and non-credit products, segments, and customer experience
+ Data cleansing
+ Feature engineering
+ Modeling (Machine learning and statistical models)
+ Model Documentation
+ Model Validation
+ Ongoing Monitoring
+ Delegate and supervise tasks as Database management & analysis
+ Responsible for management and administrative team work.
+ Decision-making; Making proper and right decisions for problem development.
+ Ability to see an entire concept, analyze and diagnose a problem, and find creative solutions
+ Teamwork. Ability to interact, work or relate effectively with other teams and communicate effectively.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors degree in mathematics, actuarial sciences, computer science, physics, engineering or equivalent. Masters degree (Desirable)
+ 4+ years of experience and skills managing and/or roles as leader.
+ English level: Written and speaking advanced.
+ 3+ years of experience developing and implementing Machine Learning and classical statistical models: Linear regression, logistic regression, classification and regression trees, random forest, gradient boosting machine, etc.
+ Advanced Knowledge of data visualization techniques, exploratory analysis, multivariate statistics.
+ Advanced level of programming languages and modeling software such as R, Python, Spark, SAS, SQL, and must embrace new technologies and analytical methodologies.
+ Background and experience in advising internal and external customers about solutions will find a home in the Big Data world.
+ Negotiation, leadership and communication (storytelling and data visualization) skills.
