**Job Description:**
In this important role, the incumbent will conduct analyses and prepare executive-level presentations and materials on strategic initiatives, as well as active or potential future projects across a global organization. These work products will routinely be viewed by, delivered to, and used by the most senior leaders.
Analysis and work efforts may include, but are not limited to, Business Risk Reviews, CIO Risk Reviews, Regulatory Risk Reviews and support for key business decisions, and other items that will emerge organically as the business changes.
The best teammate for this role will possess strong organizational, analytical and execution skills, pay close attention to details, is a great communicator and collaborator, and excels at being deadline oriented to succeed in a fast-paced environment. **Some Responsibilities Include:**
+ The Business Support Manager (BSM) will be a visible, hands on and results driven leader who can develop and manage relationships across a wide variety of business activities for Global Technology. The position provides critical support that drives and facilitates business support and executive messaging activities. Responsibilities include:
+ Diverse, advanced, and confidential responsibilities related to business management, initiatives, and leadership team coordination
+ Executive messaging partnering with business leaders, support partners and subject matter experts
+ Liaison across Global Technology organization to drive integration and field key operational questions related to deliverables and/or routines
+ Provide general business support including internal team routines, communications, reporting, ad-hoc analysis and presentations
+ Document and assess practices for consistency across routines, around key processes and support Operational Excellence mindset and deliverables
+ Utilize tools and techniques for data analytics
+ Support special assignments in conjunction with priorities
**Required** **Skills** **:**
+ Must have ability and demonstrated experience to create effective senior executive presentations that distill complex information into key, concise messages
+ Exhibit a grasp of technology-oriented subject matter; be able to apply metaphors to explain complex concepts to senior executives
+ Ability to synthesize data and identify areas for improvement, challenge, recommend and drive action; knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
+ Articulate communicator who can interact across levels of the organization with executive presence
+ Proactive planning skills with meticulous attention to detail
+ Mastery of PowerPoint and other design tools to create compelling materials that are easily understood by non-subject matter experts
+ Ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations with an ability to quickly resolve issues and deliver on expectations
+ Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
+ Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexity of gaining buy in, building consensus and resolving conflicts
**Desired Skills:**
+ Knowledge of the Global Technology organization and key functions
+ Creative mindset with desire to consistently raise the bar
+ Understanding of Operational Excellence routines
+ Prior experience in project management role or project management office

**Jersey City pay range:**
$113,700 - $167,000
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
