The success of Bank of America and Global Transaction Services (GTS) is dependent on the continual enhancement and differentiation in the digital space. CashPro is Bank of Americas flagship GTS platform for clients ranging from small business to commercial to large and potentially global corporates. The CashPro Product Manager oversees the End to End development and execution of key product activities to sustain and grow Bank of Americas market presence and revenue potential. They also are responsible for creating and driving forward a viable long-term product strategy that compliments the larger CashPro and GTS product vision.

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to take on the role of CashPro Product Manager (Director or VP level). The ideal candidate is passionate about the digital space and the global business environment.



The CashPro Product Manager will own key GTS product strategies and capabilities including (but not exclusive to) CashPros entitlements engine which is central to new product development and how clients manage the security of their back office, help facilitate the digitization of the client onboarding and servicing experience, and drive large-scale product development and transition activities across the platform. This forward thinking and highly visible role is critical to the evolution of our Treasury and Banking product capabilities and delighting our clients. Success is driven by relationships. This role will partner within GTS and across the firm, with vendors, and emerging fintechs to promote our GTS CashPro product offering as THE platform for businesses.

Proficiency in standard office tools (esp. PowerPoint) and project management systems (JIRA, Confluence a plus).



Desired skills:



Financial services and/or banking knowledge and experience.



Knowledge of and experience with the Agile development process.



Masters degree or post undergraduate studies.
