Effectively analyze claims operations data to identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the department
Develop and integrate KPIs in line with department directives
Participate in regular meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations
Ensure monthly audits and work in progress checks are completed
Collaborate to identify trends through audits and training opportunities and develop needed action plans
Conduct calibration sessions with Operations supervisors to ensure consistency, and
Partner with Operations leadership to develop and update process workflows
Lead problem-solving efforts to improve quality and increase efficiency
Ability to solution issues effectively

2-4 years of related experience
Self motivated and self starter with a strong work ethic to independently manage assignments and meet deadlines without direct supervision
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Insurance and Claims domain expertise preferred; domain knowledge across multiple lines of business highly preferred
In-depth knowledge of Claims Operations Processes preferred
Significant project management experience with ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to extract data from tools, run and create performance reports
Proven experience in effectively utilizing feedback and coaching to exceed expectations
Experience working with Qliksense, SQL, Kibana or similar platform preferred
Lean Six Sigma green belt or Certified Scrum Master certification preferred
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
