The Work:
The Complex Delivery Lead is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.
Responsibilities include:
a. End-to-end delivery of complex solutions
b. Executing solid technology and industry understanding
c. Applying Agile/SAFe methodologies in delivering work
d. Working with global delivery teams geographically dispersed
e. Shaping and delivering solutions for industry clients
Good to have experience in any of the following Industries like (Life Science, Industrial Products and Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, and specific areas within them as mentioned below)
Industrial Products and Services Industry 4.0 SCM (Supply Chain Management) & MES (Manufacturing Execution systems)
+ Good understanding in different areas of Retail i.e. Supply Chain, Merchandising, Logistics, Transportation, Store Systems & Operations
Life Science: Good understanding & experience with GxP validation aspects, delivering solutions for Life Sciences clients in Drug Development or Research space, Experience with Life Science and R&D industry
Consumer Goods: CG&S Manufacturing/Supply chain (SAP, Oracle, similar platform)
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $99,900 - $168,499 and information on benefits offered is here. Here's What You Need:
+ A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration or Application and Infrastructure Support/Development
+ A minimum of 5 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified
+ A minimum of 4 years of experience managing offshore resources.
+ A minimum of 4 years of Industry Experience
+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points If:
+ Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
+ Experience in the industry
