The Business Onboarding and Transitions team (BOaT), a sub-set of Global Business Integration within Global Delivery, is seeking a talented, detail-oriented individual to join a growing team dedicated to the opening and ongoing support of customer custody accounts.

SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for
As Core Operations, AVP you will
Responsible for overseeing the final aspects of the build, all bug fixes, and design all necessary enhancements for a new tool to auto-populate our clients Standing Settlement Instructions (SSIs) to DTCs Alert system (known as Global Custodian Direct).
Work with internal and external partners to solve and deliver a highly efficient and accurate automated tool.
Work with SMPG, DTC, Network, and other clients to analyze all market changes and coordinate system enhancements and SSIs update to ensure no trade settlement issues.
Responsible for the design of a new enhancement to add cash to State Streets GC Direct automation.

Additional requirements
Bachelors Degree
3 or more years of relevant experience in the financial service industry, custody knowledge preferred. (Sr Associate, delete for officer)
5-7 years of relevant experience in the financial service industry, custody knowledge preferred. (Officer, delete for Sr. Associate)
