The P&A Innovation & Transformation function is focused on identifying opportunities for improving processes, delivery of data and insights, and automating repeatable tasks. The goal is to enable P&A to better partner with the business on their decisions in driving revenue growth, risk management, and cost discipline.

About the job:

As a Data Domains Lead you will design and implement data models and the semantic layer that makes our data more accessible to finance users, data analysts, automation, quantitative research and machine learning teams. Being part of an influential and data-centric team focused on data accessibility you will design new data models oriented to end user consumption, you will identify data homogenization opportunities, and optimize pipelines.

You will partner with product owners, business users (both technical and non-technical), data providers, and technology teams across the entire finance function.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience implementing data models and solutions

  • Expertise with ETL tools, SQL, data lakes, and databases.

  • Experience using programming languages for data analysis/transformation such as Python or Java. Additional experience building APIs is a plus.

  • Experience with data foundations on cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

  • Problem solving and problem finding abilities. Curious mind to dig deep in the questions and data to understand the context

  • Ability to balance complex technical solutions with the expectations and skills of the client user

  • Bachelor™s degree in computer science, data science, business analytics, or related discipline
