Actively delivering in the latest industry SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) technology deployments
Experience with C-Level/Director level customers in IT/Business to craft their Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategies
Discovery of Customer requirements around Networking, Security, Automation and gather information around Customers use cases
Plans and executes highly sophisticated Network Transformation and Network Migration activity
Act as Trusted Advisor representing Cisco within the customers environment and drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, standard methodologies, project management and risk mitigation.
Provide recommendations for Networking & Security Strategy/Framework and Roadmap to meet Customer requirements
Demonstrate thought leadership in solving customer problems and achieving their business outcomes
You maintain effective working relationships with assigned customers and project managers
You effectively work independently and as part of a team to implement customer solutions
Articulate technical characteristics of services, technology areas and guide development teams to engineer and add capabilities to existing features and tools.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires BS, CS, or University degree equivalent and 10+ years demonstrated ability in network engineering/CCIE or relevant 10 years experience
Expertise with Cisco network controller (SD-WAN - Viptela or Meraki)
Experience in network security including Firewall, Security Risk Management, Security encryption, Identity and Access Management.
Experience with virtualization and containerization platforms like KVM, OpenStack, Docker
Cloud certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent)
Proficient in programming Python, REST API and adhere to practice methodologies
Desired Skills
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and expert knowledge of Cisco's Enterprise products and solutions. Candidate must be results and team oriented and must possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills. The following skillsets are thus desired of this candidate:
6-10 years within Professional Service role(s)
5+ years leading large scale Enterprise Network Design and Implementation Engagements
Expert knowledge in Routing and Switching technologies, such as MPLS, DMVPN, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, LISP and VRF
Experience with consulting level conversations for several of the following:
Zero Trust (ISE, Radius, Tacacs, NAC, guest, posture, BYOD, profiling, pxGrid and Trustsec, Cisco Duo Multi Factor Authentication, Device Trust, SASE)
Cloud & Network (Firepower, IDS/IPS, Anyconnect, Umbrella/SIG)
Experience with Linux, OpenStack, VMware, Containers, and Kubernetes
Infrastructure automation through Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Packer or similar
Outstanding Consulting skills. Ability to influence customer decisions and outcomes. Ability to gain customer trust quickly, and confidently articulate Ciscos Enterprise Networking SD strategies and architectures.
Demonstrated leadership of large complex projects in Enterprise WAN and Campus Networking environments
Knowledge of Network Segmentation, and TrustSec
Experience with server virtualization
