Who are we looking for:

State Street seeks to recruit a Cyber Fusion Integration Program Manager, Vice President. This role will be responsible for managing programs of work that enable the integration of cyber security operational functions from mergers/acquisitions and new business functions into the Cyber Fusion operating model. This includes organizing and executing multiple complex projects with cyber, technology and business stakeholders to drive integration programs to completion.

What will you be responsible for:

  • Define scope, objectives and strategy for integration programs aligned with business and IT stakeholders

  • Establishing program governance and managing change

  • Securing program funding and managing budget

  • Managing risks, issues and dependencies taking corrective actions

  • Monitoring and reporting on program status

  • Conducting stakeholder communication

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of technically-oriented program management experience

  • Proficiency in project management tools - Project, JIRA, Office, Teams and SharePoint

  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions

  • PMP and cyber certifications a plus

  • Knowledge of cyber security operations - SOC, DLP, Offensive Security, Vulnerability Management & Threat Intelligence

  • Knowledge of IT architecture and operations (computing, network, storage & cloud).

  • Experience with auditors and regulators

Additional Requirements

  • Financial Services experience a plus
