Northrop Grumman Space Systems Launch and Missile Defense Systems has an exciting career opportunity for a Cyber Systems Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located out of Colorado Springs, CO.

**Position Overview:**

This role will support the Security Administration of the Development & Integration (DI) and System Infrastructure (SI) lab environments.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Troubleshooting issues related to Cyber; Interfacing with LM ISSO/DSS Rep.
+ Maintain up-to-date cybersecurity configurations based on DISA STIGs and IAVM Notices.
+ Updating Dat files, gpos, and ACAS plugins.
+ Reviewing Security Logs; Monitoring the system (e.g., User accounts, User activity, Software installations, System changes) for ArcSight, TFA and HBSS.
+ Scanning systems/networks and reviewing scan data.
+ Installing new IA Release. Updating software/firmware on servers and workstations.
+ Assisting with Auditing and accrediting of new systems.
+ Developing software policy updates.
+ In addition, this position will assist with the installation and configuration of Linux and Windows HW platforms from the OS up to the applications.
+ Documentation and verification of all installation and configuration steps is part of daily tasks.
+ Collaborating with developers and/or vendors as needed to help diagnose and identify the root cause of problems found while maintaining servers and workstations.
+ Submit problem reports for errors discovered to the Program Lab Change Control Board (CCB).

**Basic Qualifications:**

If applicable, please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume.

+ An active Secret clearance is required.
+ 2 Years with Bachelors degree in a related field; 6 years experience in lieu of a degree.
+ Must possess a DoD 8570 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA)
+ Skilled in automation efforts to include background experience with ansible and developing automated capability for maintaining cybersecurity.
+ Experience in either Windows administrator tasks related to Windows workstation platforms or RHEL administrator tasks related to a Unix/Linux server platform.
+ Experience developing, integrating, and troubleshooting patch management tools such as WSUS and RHEL Satellite.
+ User experience with administrating Cyber SIEM, Multi-factor or Host-based technologies (e.g., ArcSight, Splunk, TFA, HBSS).
+ Wide range of experience with specific cyber tools such as Tenable products, WSUS, RHEL Satellite, etc.
+ Experience with the identification, analysis, and mitigation of IAVMs
+ Administrator experience installing, testing, and configuring vulnerability fixes to Windows and Unix/Linux platforms.
+ Working knowledge of Information Assurance policies and procedures as they apply to lab management.
+ Basic network knowledge to include routers, switches and firewalls is required.
+ Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate complex concepts, issues, and status is necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Hands on experience with Python and PowerShell scripting is desired.
+ Experience with Ansible is highly desirable.

Salary Range: $68,100.00 - $102,100.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
