The Global Customer Growth Marketing teams mission is to drive business growth by keeping our customers at the center. Working with our marketing professionals and marketing database experts, you will build solutions which enable data-driven marketing for our Consumer and SB segments across the globe. Your solutions will enhance the quality of leads we deliver to sales and help our marketing teams meet our customers needs via optimal campaigns and strategies.
**What youll achieve:**
As a Data Science Senior Analyst, you will work with other data scientists, data engineers, ml engineers and our marketing partners to solve some of the hardest business problems and you will help solve some of the hardest business problems using bleeding edge ML and AI solutions.
The models and solutions you deliver will be the essential ingredient we use to supply our customers & sales with relevant product recommendations and creative breakthroughs to our business.

**Essential Requirements**
+ Education (Masters degree or higher) in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
+ You have a passion for predictive modeling and analysis, preferably in the recommender engine space.
+ Proficiency in Python or R especially on data wrangling, analysis, and modeling
+ Excellent problem solving, analytic skills, and written and oral English communication skills
+ Familiar with theory on most standard methods: e.g., linear/logistic/regularized regressions, nearest neighbors, k-means, DB scan, collaborative filtering, random forests, xgboost, light gbm, support vector machines, neural networks, deep neural networks and deep belief networks.
**Desirable Requirements**
+ Knowledge of experiment design and methods, from A/B tests to quasi-experiments
+ Presentation skills - you are comfortable presenting data and ideas to others
+ Many of our datasets are Terabytes in size, so Solid SQL and knowledge of relational databases, preferably in a multi-parallel setting (MPP) is desirable. If you dont know this, we will teach you.
+ Knowledge of visualization libraries such as plotly or matplotlib.
+ Understanding of how to build building dashboards / reports in Tableau, PowerBI, DASH, RShiny, QlikView or similar.
+ Experience with Apache Spark in particular MlLib (incl. Scala, PySpark and/or SparklyR). Again, if you do not know this, we will teach you!
+ Experience with PyTorch / Tensor flow is big plus.
**Salary starting from:** 2 100 EUR gross monthly
